As an educator, I offer continuing education courses in Reiki Levels 1 and 2, Happy Chakras, Chakra Therapy, and other energy-based modalities. I also incorporate essential oils and fascia-based techniques into my teachings, providing massage therapists with a well-rounded approach to enhancing their skills. My courses help practitioners refine their intuition, explore the use of tools and props, and expand their therapeutic toolkit.
All my classes are NCBTMB-approved and designed to be engaging, insightful, and packed with practical techniques. I approach teaching as if participants are on a luxurious retreat, immersing them in valuable knowledge while ensuring they feel relaxed, supported, and inspired.

Level 1 Reiki Training: Reiki for Self Care
Reiki is universal loving energy that connects each of us to one another and brings balance to our own mind, body, and spirit. Reiki is blended into self-care routines as well as any style of therapeutic massage. In this training learn: history and principles of Reiki, Reiki meditations and hand techniques, along with other tools for self-care with the idea that you first learn how to bring healing to yourself before offering healing to others. Approved by the NCTMB for 12 hours. About 30% lecture and 70% practice.

Level 2 Reiki Therapist Hands-On Training
Building on basic Reiki principles by introducing the chakra energy system, traditional Reiki symbols enhancing intuition, and discusses techniques to balance the chakras and emotions. Approved for 10 CE hours from the NCTMB. 20% lecture and 80% hands-on applied practice. Level one Reiki training: Reiki for self-care is a prerequisite for this course.

Happy Chakras: Introduction to the Chakra Energy System for Self-Care
Learn to balance the chakras through meditations, yoga postures, essential oils, sound healing, etc. When the chakras are fully supported and balanced, then you have happy chakras allowing for you to feel happy making you the best LMT, caregiver, therapist. This course is approved for 9 CE hours through the NCTMB 20% lecture and 80% applied practice.

Chakra Therapy
The therapist will learn basic chakra evaluation in this course using their hands. A rudimentary understanding of what chakras are and some of their many characteristics will be provided. During the course multiple ways to address the chakras for treatment will be demonstrated. The student will give and receive different hands-on approaches to chakra therapy. This course is less than 20% lecture.

Reflexology
This course covers the origin of reflexology. It discusses what it is and how it is used. Various techniques for both hands and feet are given. Therapists will be given opportunity to give and receive a reflexology session. Indications and contraindications will be discussed. The course is less than 20% lecture. Instructor is certified in Integrative Reflexology.

Fascia-Based Medical Massage
This continuing education course offers a fresh, fascia-forward lens on medical massage, rooted in both emerging science and hands-on experience. As research continues to evolve, fascia is no longer seen as passive tissue, but as an intelligent, responsive system that plays a key role in pain, movement, and healing. When massage focuses only on muscles, only a portion of restriction is addressed. Fascia-based work invites deeper, longer-lasting change. This class is less than 20% lecture.

TMJ Dysfunction Therapy Training
This 3 hour NCTMB approved continuing education course offers a simple, effective approach to treating TMJ dysfunction through both intraoral and external techniques. Participants learn specific muscle groups that contribute to jaw pain and discomfort, along with contraindications and Tennessee state laws regarding oral work. Practical, grounded and immediately applicable for massage therapists ready to expand their skills with confidence.
