Here at Jillian’s we focus on strength, balance, flexibility and community. Our goal is to help you reconnect with your Smart Body, loosen tight muscles through stretching and laugh a little along the way. Yoga here feels approachable, friendly and grounded in real life — not beach photo shoots or pretzel poses.

**Pre-registration is required for all yoga classes.**
When you pre-register, you support the teacher in preparing a thoughtful, intentional class. Classes without registered students do not run, and the teacher does not arrive. Pre-registering keeps our schedule flowing smoothly and our teachers supported.

**Early Morning options, wake up with some coffee and stretching**
Monday and Wednesday 7:30 AM-8:30 AM
What better way to start your day than with balance, strength and happiness than with a early morning yoga class! This easy relaxed morning class takes you through poses that awaken your Smart Body, help focus the mind and get your day started with more positivity. All levels flow class.

Monday
Go With the Flow Yoga with Chamar
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
A perfect class for beginners and anyone who wants to practice the basics of yoga. You will learn the importance of breath and alignment, moving through stretches, flow, strengthening and relaxation.
Wednesday
Whimsical Flow Yoga with Angie
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.
A gentle, playful flow blending flexibility, core strength and balance, all grounded in community and self-care. A lighthearted way to wake up the body and set a joyful tone for the day. 🌱✨
Thursday
Go With the Flow Yoga with Rebecca
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
A perfect class for beginners and anyone who wants to practice the basics of yoga. You will learn the importance of breath and alignment, moving through stretches, flow, strengthening and relaxation.
11:15 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
Learn the ancient Chinese practice of qigong to bring more energy & harmony to your life. Activate your own energy, or qi, in exercises that open lines of tension & clear stuck stress. With qi enlivened, easily use intention & movement in a series of qigong flows, simple effortless movements that cultivate a sense of calmness & relaxation. Each class concludes with a guided meditation to further integrate mind, heart, & body. Qigong is great for anyone.
Friday
Confident Chair Yoga with Angie
10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
Offers gentle, accessible postures for strength, balance and flexibility, all from the chair. A relaxed, joyful class rooted in community and self-care, perfect for supportive movement without the floor. 🌼🪑
**Afternoon options, stretch before cooking a yummy healthy dinner.**
Tuesday
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Awaken strength from the inside out. This class celebrates the body’s center, building stability, balance, and confidence through focused movement. Expect joyful energy and empowering practices that leave you feeling strong and supported.
Wednesday
2:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Celebrate freedom of movement with a flowing sequence that gently expands range and releases tension. This uplifting class nourishes joints and muscles, helping the body feel open, light and resilient. A refreshing practice for athletes and anyone seeking greater ease.
**Evening options, sleep more deeply.**
Tuesday
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.
A nourishing yoga class to help your Smart Body feel supported, spacious & strong. This thoughtfully paced practice focuses hamstrings, quadriceps, core, low & upper back, weaving in gentle shoulder openers to invite ease through the neck. Expect mindful movement to move the spine smoothly & freely, building stability without tension. Poses are chosen to create balance: strength with softness, effort with relaxation. A beautiful practice for those craving steady strength & gentle mobility.
Wednesday
Evening Reflections Hatha Yoga with Brooke
6:15 p.m. - 7:15 p.m.
A class for all levels, all bodies, and all ages. This class is a blend of the flowing movements of Hatha and the gentle stretches of Yin.

Donna began yoga in her 60s and touched her toes for the first time after a short time in class. Her low back felt better, sitting on the floor felt easier and daily life felt lighter.
Yoga also served as Jillian’s gateway into holistic health — movement that felt natural, supportive, and joyful. Offering that same experience to this community remains a true honor.
