Gain the Edge with Acupuncture

Have you lost your ability to release, reset, and reload? Acupuncture can provide your system an opportunity to recover this ability by naturally altering your body’s chemistry.

A common thing I hear from patients who are contemplating acupuncture is:

“I just don’t understand how it works.” It’s difficult for some folks to wrap their brain around the idea of inserting a needle to influence a physiological response. It may sound like a wild idea, but the precedent for its efficacy can be found across medicine. Maybe it’s difficult to grasp because our “vibrational frequency“ isn’t well quantified . . . or is it? Have you ever heard of a pacemaker? A pacemaker regulates the frequency of the heart rhythm. Any person with one of these devices knows that it needs to be monitored and at times, adjustments need to be made. Acupuncture is a similar kind of maintenance. Acupuncture actually grounds and resets your system by influencing the sympathetic and parasympathetic systems. During and after sessions, patients often feel a “buzz” or wonderful tingling sensation. That feeling is your system resetting.

What if you could turn back the clock and approach things differently by adjusting your body’s frequency naturally?

What if this was the easiest, natural, early intervention you could take? Instead of choosing to adjust your “frequency” with vices and other methods of distractions, that ultimately lead to an inevitable surgical intervention, acupuncture has no side effects or or downsides.

What if acupuncture was the key to help you gain your edge? Whether it’s improving sleep or by reducing chronic pain that might enable you to stay in the game, sometimes all you need is a little boost.

Science has proven that chronic pain and stress on the body does and will eventually affect the heart, which of course taxes the body’s physiological response.

Acupuncture is more than an experience–it’s a tool. It’s a tool that can give you the vibrational adjustment or boost that you always craved but never knew existed.

A miniature human form with acupuncture points is shown from the waist down. A woman holds an acupuncture needle just below the knee. Her hand is as big as the model.

In the book, Feel the Fear and do it Anyway, author Susan Jeffers outlines how we can change our outlook on life by thinking outside the box and become comfortable with trying things outside of our comfort zone. I love this book because it challenges us to take on life in a way that can promote growth, happiness, wellness, and even physical and emotional strength by choosing to reject a path that was initially responsible for leading us to a place of suffering and as a result limiting our ability to thrive. Everyone deserves to thrive and there is a simple way to achieve this goal.

I’m going to share a secret with you today about acupuncture. The efficacy of acupuncture totally depends on your body’s electrical activity and output. The lower the output, the less effective it will be. Therefore, the sooner you can incorporate this practice into your lifestyle, the more likely you are to have a more successful result. Time IS of the ESSENCE! Don’t wait to discover the amazing world of natural healing with acupuncture!
